A successful HR supervisor will have extensive HR experience, be familiar with company procedures, and have sound labor law knowledge. You should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels. An exceptional HR supervisor should be observant and proactive. You should be familiar with the finer workings of the company, but never lose sight of the big picture.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nHR Operations:<\/p>\n<p>Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.<br \/>\nManage and maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance, and payroll data<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment and Onboarding:<\/p>\n<p>Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.<br \/>\nConduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.<br \/>\nCollaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Relations:<\/p>\n<p>Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.<br \/>\nMediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.<br \/>\nConduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Training and Development:<\/p>\n<p>Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.<br \/>\nAssist in the development and implementation of employee performance management systems.<br \/>\nSupport succession planning and talent development initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance and Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.<br \/>\nPrepare and submit required HR reports.<br \/>\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>HR Strategy and Projects:<\/p>\n<p>Support the implementation of HR programs and policies that align with business goals.<br \/>\nLead and participate in HR-related projects, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and process improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in HR or similar<br \/>\nRelevant experience in an HR role.<br \/>\nMust: Payroll processing preferably using Bio Metric either in Belina\/Dove\/Sage\/any other payroll package<br \/>\nMust: Attending labor court grievances and making letters<br \/>\nMust: Making contracts for renewal\/dismissal, etc.<br \/>\nMust: Exposure to Immigration Portal and formalities for permit renewals.<br \/>\nMust: Dealing with EIZ, ZAQWA, and other professional bodies<br \/>\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.<br \/>\nStrong moral and ethical code.<br \/>\nCompetency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.<br \/>\nExcellent administrative skills.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:<br \/>\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
