The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market reach for the company\u2019s stock feed. This role will involve identifying and engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively. The role is on commission basis.
\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Promote and sell stock feed products.
\nIdentify new sales opportunities through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and industry networking.
\nConduct product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of stock feed products.
\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
\nStay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
\nAchieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
\nPrepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
\nStay consistent with follow-ups and maintain integrity in every transaction.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
\nDiploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n1-2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector
\nStrong people skills \u2014 you\u2019re friendly, persuasive, and reliable.
\nComfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team.
\nStrong knowledge of stock feed products.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
\nAbility to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers
\nSelf-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.<\/p>\n
