As the appointed Caterpillar dealer in the region, Barloworld Equipment supplies equipment, parts and service to customers in the mining, construction, handling, agricultural and energy industries.<br \/>\nBarloworld Equipment Zambia Limited is looking for a suitably qualified individual to fill the position below:<br \/>\nPRODUCT SUPPORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (x01) \u2013 LUMWANA<br \/>\nJob Purpose: \u00a0\u00a0To provide excellent customer service as well as technical and\u00a0product support\u00a0by responding to phone calls and emails of their customers, advising them on preventative maintenance and configurations that may negatively affect product performance.<br \/>\nKey Outputs include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Accountable for driving own work and visiting customers to generate turnover by proactively selling<br \/>\nMaintaining an accurate account database<br \/>\nAchieving applicable Key Performance Indicators; POPS-C, Coverage\/PAR and Customer Satisfaction<br \/>\nLead and opportunity identification, qualification, development and closure<br \/>\nPromoting dealership services<br \/>\nProspecting for new customers and managing existing customer base<br \/>\nIdentifying leads and opportunities for conversion<br \/>\nDevelop and manage a sales pipeline for assigned customer base by employing and executing sales funnel management<br \/>\nDriving quote conversion by following up on quotes for assigned customers with the parts counter and service<br \/>\nProactively identifying specific opportunities by customer and working with Product Managers to develop programmes to support<br \/>\nUsing existing Product programmes to proactively offer added value and solutions to customers<br \/>\nVisit customers face-to-face and build relationships with decision-makers, listening to and understanding their needs and business goals<br \/>\nAdvise customers on immediate equipment repair needs, service letters, PIPs, PSPs, SOS and Product Link.<br \/>\nHelp customers with warranty issues and develop proactive before-failure repair strategies<br \/>\nCoordinate with Parts, Service and Equipment Management divisions to support customers\u2019 needs<br \/>\nConsult with customers about equipment life cycles, maintenance and replacement budgets and other solutions that will lower their owning and operating costs and support customer success.<br \/>\nUse a CRM system to log all customer site visits, inspections, competitor visits and opportunities, and to manage customer information like contacts and feedback<br \/>\nAnalyse leads generated by OLGA and use them to build call plans and sales goals<br \/>\nConduct equipment inspections (Cat Inspect and CTS) and record the status of aspects of the machine using<br \/>\nSchedule maintenance, ensuring service technicians and field service know what machines need to be seen Specifically<br \/>\nUnderstand the full-range of the dealership\u2019s product offerings and how they are intended to meet business and customer needsMeet performance goals, POPS targets and sales targets, as well as customer satisfaction<br \/>\nEngage in training events that continually grow skills to effectively respond to changing markets and transitioning business strategies Cat Inspect.<\/p>\n<p>Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Full Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nA Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering\/Sales\/Marketing or its equivalent<br \/>\n1 to 5 years Sales Experience and\/or completion of the BWE PSSR Cadet Programme<br \/>\nComputer literate<br \/>\nHigh competence in Microsoft Office<br \/>\nSAP and CRM exposure<br \/>\nTechnical Knowledge\/experience an advantage<br \/>\nPower Generation<br \/>\nValue Selling<br \/>\nAnalysis and reasoning<br \/>\nCustomer relationship management<br \/>\nDrive, Energy and Initiative (Results-Focus)<br \/>\nProfessional\/Technical Competence<br \/>\nMust have own accommodation in Lumwana area<br \/>\nMust have a valid and clean driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
