The role involves updating both the manual and electronic ledgers, monitoring and checking to ensure the correct detail are captured on bin card and acquittal management You are expected to have a good working relationship with customs, stake holders, and basic understanding of bonded warehouse procedures.<br \/>\nThis position demands a high level of compliance, accuracy, attention to detail. and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth customs operations.<br \/>\nSkills &amp; Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Basic knowledge of Customs operations and logistics.<br \/>\nFull Grade 12 certificate and any relevant qualification<br \/>\nHave basic knowledge and experience in bonded warehouse management\/ warehousing.<br \/>\nProficiency with basic computer skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work well both independently and as part of a team.<br \/>\nStrong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.<\/p>\n<p>Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n<p>Conversant with ZRA cap 322 of the ZRA act.<br \/>\nBe conversant with warehousing procedures.<br \/>\nHigh ethical standards and basic understanding of customs regulations and bonded warehouse management.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.<br \/>\nHigh level of compliance and adhering to set KPIs.<br \/>\nProblem-solving mindset.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
