In this role, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.<br \/>\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\nMaintain accurate accounting records including accounts payables and\u00a0 receivables<br \/>\nPrepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.<br \/>\nProcess payroll and ensure the timely payment of salaries and statutory obligations.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.<br \/>\nMonitor budget utilization and provide input for forecasts.<br \/>\nPreparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.<br \/>\nProcess payment vouchers, petty cash, and expense reimbursements.<br \/>\nSupport statutory compliance including tax filings and audit preparations.<br \/>\nAssist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and standardized forms.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized financial records.<br \/>\nPerform other related accounting tasks as assigned by management.<br \/>\nWhat we are looking for:<br \/>\nDiploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Degree or Professional Qualification such as ZICA, ACCA, CIMA is an added advantage).<br \/>\nMinimum of 2\u20133 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.<br \/>\nProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel, or similar).<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.<br \/>\nWorking knowledge of Zambian tax laws and statutory reporting.<br \/>\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nWhy join us?<br \/>\nBe part of a dynamic and purpose-driven team.<br \/>\nOpportunity to contribute to the strategic financial management of a growing Executive Lodge.<br \/>\nProfessional growth and development opportunities.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
