The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in accounting processes, internal audit procedures, and financial reporting. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to develop practical skills and contribute to real business projects.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAssist in conducting internal audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.<br \/>\nSupport the accounting team with journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.<br \/>\nHelp in the preparation of financial reports and working papers.<br \/>\nParticipate in month-end and year-end closing processes.<br \/>\nAnalyze financial data and assist with identifying discrepancies or unusual trends.<br \/>\nAssist in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.<br \/>\nSupport the documentation of audit findings and recommend corrective actions.<br \/>\nPerform administrative and clerical tasks to support the department, including filing and data entry.<br \/>\nAssist with inventory counts and fixed asset verifications.<br \/>\nCollaborate with team members across departments for cross-functional learning and support.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\nCurrently pursuing ZICA or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.<br \/>\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities.<br \/>\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAbility to handle confidential information with integrity.<br \/>\nKindly forward all relevant documents to the following email:\u00a0undefined.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
