We\u2019re looking for a results-driven\u00a0Sales Representatives\u00a0and Accountant with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.<br \/>\nResponsibilities: Sales Representative<br \/>\nPresent, promote and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.<br \/>\nEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.<br \/>\nExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.<br \/>\nAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.<br \/>\nCoordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.<br \/>\nAnalyze market potential, track sales, and status reports.<br \/>\nSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<br \/>\nKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.<br \/>\nContinuously improve through feedback.<br \/>\nJOB BRIEF:<br \/>\nTo interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. Responsible for identifying a customer\u2019s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.<br \/>\nSales Requirements and Skills:<br \/>\nMust be between 25-35 years of age.<br \/>\nDiploma in sales and marketing or related fields.<br \/>\nProven work experience as a Sales Representative.<br \/>\nComputer literate.<br \/>\nAccountant Requirements and Skills:<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nDiploma in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance\/admin support role, project-based environment.<br \/>\nKnowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel, or similar).<br \/>\nHighly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.<br \/>\nExcellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.<br \/>\nPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.<br \/>\nAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience\u2019s needs.<br \/>\nRelationship management skills and openness to feedback.<br \/>\nDiploma\/degree in Sales and Marketing or any business-related field.<br \/>\nResponsibilities: Accountant<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSupport procurement of goods and services, including obtaining quotes, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring transparent processes<br \/>\nMaintain filing systems (physical and digital) for administrative and financial records.<br \/>\nCoordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, field team movements, and conservation activities.<br \/>\nDay to day fleet management, that is, maintaining up-to-date maintenance report, reviewing log sheet and submitting both reports every month<br \/>\nMaintaining an up-to-date and accurate fixed assets register.<br \/>\nManage bills payments<br \/>\nSecurity of the offices, overseeing all office equipment and ensuring that they are in good working condition.<br \/>\nManagement of leases and all offices running contracts<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
