We are looking for individuals to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
\nSupport in the preparation of tenders and bid documents
\nAssist with procurement documentation and contractor evaluations
\nConduct basic site measurements and support progress tracking
\nHelp evaluate claims and prepare interim payment certificates
\nAttend site meetings and draft reports
\nProvide technical and administrative support to the Engineering Department<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (completed or in progress)
\nCompletion of at least one industrial attachment or internship during studies
\nBasic understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JBC Zambia)
\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel\/Project and quantity surveying software is an advantage
\nStrong analytical and communication skills
\nClass B Driving license will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
