\nJob Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-drivenWorkshop Manager to join our team.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee and manage daily operations of the workshop and after-sales service department.
\nEnsure timely and high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs of trucks and buses.
\nSupervise a team of technicians, mechanics, and after-sales officers to achieve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
\nManage service scheduling, job card flow, and parts requisitions in coordination with the spares department.
\nHandle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and increase after-sales revenue.
\nPrepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, service protocols, and company policies.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
\nMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in workshop or after-sales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
\nStrong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical systems, and service procedures.
\nExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop\/job card systems.
\nFamiliarity with FAW, Sino, or Golden Dragon vehicles mechanical systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures is a distinct advantage.
\nSelf-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\nValid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
