\nJob Overview:\u00a0We are seeking dynamic and results-drivenWorkshop Manager\u00a0to join our team.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs
\nSupervise workshop staff including mechanics, technicians, and support personnel.
\nEnsure all jobs are executed according to technical standards and company policies.
\nMonitor job cards, workflow, and productivity to optimize efficiency.
\nCoordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of spare parts for repairs.
\nMaintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.
\nEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
\nHandle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
\nReport on workshop performance, budgets, and KPIs to senior management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
\nMinimum of 5 years experience in workshop management, preferably in commercial vehicle servicing.
\nProven leadership and people management skills.
\nStrong knowledge of truck\/bus mechanical systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.
\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems.
\nSelf-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\nValid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
