\nJob Overview:\u00a0We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Parts Sales Executives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling motor vehicles and their spare parts, specifically focusing on LOVOL, FAW, and SINO brands. They will identify customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and build lasting relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Identify and engage potential customers for spare parts sales.
\nRecommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
\nUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
\nComing up with market expansion strategies
\nDo market research, competitor analysis and understanding client needs.
\nAchieve sales targets and contribute to overall company profitability.
\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
\nCompiling weekly reports. Attain Full product knowledge by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
\nPrepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
\nNegotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.
\nProvide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
\nCollaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
\nKeep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
\nStrong understanding of motor vehicles and spare parts will be added advantage.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to build and maintain customer relationships.
\nStrong negotiation and closing skills.
\nSelf-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\nValid driver\u2019s license.
