\n1. POSITION:\u00a0OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (01)
\nJob Purpose:\u00a0 Responsible for coordinating and supporting branch operations to generate maximum Sales.
\nReporting to: Operations Manager.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum of BA \/ BSc in Business Management, Marketing or Engineering field from a recognized institution.
\nAdvanced customer service skills
\nAt least 3 years working experience in similar position.
\nAble to work independently \/ under minimum supervision.
\nSoft Skills and Personality traits: Should possess good compression ability, enthusiasm and hard working. Disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to function successfully as a leader \/ part of a team.
\nMust be registered and active member of respective professional bodies.<\/p>\n
Main tasks and responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Act as link between Head office and branches
\nExpeditiously deal with branch request
\nOrder and secure branch inventor
\nEnsure branch inventory levels are kept within acceptable limits and avoid stockouts
\nConduct stock audits from time to time
\nProvide all necessary support to the branches for them to achieve optimum sales
\nProvide administrative support to respective Operations Managers.<\/p>\n
