As an F&amp;B Supervisor, you will ensure superior guest satisfaction, maintain high hygiene standards, optimize business performance, and provide strong leadership to the service team. This role is key to upholding the hotel\u2019s commitment to excellence in hospitality, efficiency, and culinary quality.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nSupervisory &amp; Operational Duties<\/p>\n<p>Oversee daily operations of all F&amp;B outlets including restaurants, room service, bars, and events catering.<br \/>\nSupervise and coordinate the work of F&amp;B staff to ensure efficient service and compliance with hotel standards.<br \/>\nMonitor inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement departments.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all areas of food preparation and service.<br \/>\nMaintain cleanliness and proper organization in all F&amp;B areas.<\/p>\n<p>Quality &amp; Guest Experience<\/p>\n<p>Maintain high levels of customer service by training staff on hotel etiquette and professional service delivery.<br \/>\nHandle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.<br \/>\nConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control of food, beverages, and service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Menu &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with the Executive Chef to review, enhance, and innovate menus.<br \/>\nIdentify trends, create seasonal or promotional menus, and recommend pricing strategies.<br \/>\nPromote F&amp;B offerings through internal and external marketing campaigns to boost revenues.<\/p>\n<p>Staff Training &amp; Motivation<\/p>\n<p>Train new and existing team members on SOPs, customer service, safety standards, and hygiene practices.<br \/>\nMotivate, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to ensure a productive and team-oriented work environment.<br \/>\nSchedule staff shifts and manage attendance, discipline, and team morale.<\/p>\n<p>Administrative Duties<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and submit reports on sales, labor costs, food wastage, and inventory usage.<br \/>\nAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.<br \/>\nSupport the F&amp;B Manager in achieving departmental KPIs and strategic goals.<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>Guest Satisfaction Score (GSS): Maintain a minimum of 90% positive feedback in guest reviews.<br \/>\nHygiene &amp; Safety Compliance: Zero non-compliance issues in health and safety audits.<br \/>\nRevenue Growth: Minimum 10% increase in F&amp;B revenue quarter over quarter.<br \/>\nMenu Development: At least one successful menu revamp or new offering per quarter.<br \/>\nStaff Performance: Staff turnover below 5% annually and consistent achievement of service standards.<br \/>\nInventory Management: Monthly variance within 1.5% of ideal usage.<\/p>\n<p>Core Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Supervision: Strong ability to manage and develop a dynamic team.<br \/>\nCustomer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class guest experiences.<br \/>\nAttention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining hygiene, presentation, and service standards.<br \/>\nCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with staff and guests.<br \/>\nProblem Solving: Quick and effective in resolving operational and guest issues.<br \/>\nBusiness Acumen: Ability to analyze financial reports and drive revenue through continuous promotion of various goods and services.<br \/>\nTeam Building &amp; Motivation: Skilled at fostering a motivated, cooperative, and efficient team.<br \/>\nCreativity: Ability to bring fresh ideas to menu development and service innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Diploma or Higher in Hospitality Management, Food &amp; Beverage Management, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3\u20135 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certification is a plus).<br \/>\nExperience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.<br \/>\nProven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.<br \/>\nFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
