Interns will work under the guidance of experienced mentors and contribute to both day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nResponsibilities will vary by department but may include the following:<br \/>\nAdministration<br \/>\nSupport scheduling, filing, data management, and documentation.<br \/>\nHelp manage internal communications and meeting coordination.<br \/>\nFinance<br \/>\nAssist in financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking.<br \/>\nParticipate in data entry and reconciliation activities.<br \/>\nCredit &amp; Risk<br \/>\nConduct client credit analysis and support credit decision-making processes.<br \/>\nMaintain client records and assist with risk profiling.<br \/>\nSales<br \/>\nGenerate and follow up on leads; update CRM tools.<br \/>\nSupport sales campaigns and prepare marketing materials.<br \/>\nBusiness Development<br \/>\nResearch new markets, partners, and growth opportunities.<br \/>\nAssist with proposal development and partnership outreach.<br \/>\nInformation Technology (IT)<br \/>\nProvide tech support and assist with system upgrades and troubleshooting.<br \/>\nSupport projects in software development, cybersecurity, or database management.<br \/>\nHuman Resources (HR)<br \/>\nAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.<br \/>\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.<br \/>\nMaintain HR records and help update policies and procedures.<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nCurrent student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, IT, HR, or related field.<br \/>\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM, ERP, or HRIS systems is a plus.<br \/>\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively.<br \/>\nEagerness to learn and contribute in a professional, mission-driven environment.<br \/>\nBenefits<br \/>\nHands-on, professional experience in a reputable financial and IT services company.<br \/>\nCross-functional exposure and mentorship from industry professionals.<br \/>\nNetworking and development opportunities.<br \/>\nCertificate of Completion and possible letter of recommendation.<br \/>\nStrong performers may be considered for future employment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
