\nJob Description:
\nWe are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to serve as Intern \u2013 Tutors for a six-month internship program. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about education, mentorship, and academic support. Intern \u2013 Tutors will assist with tutoring, mentoring, and supporting learners in various disciplines, helping them build foundational knowledge and skills.
\nMinimum Qualifications:
\nA Bachelor\u2019s degree in any of the following fields:
\nLaw
\nAgriculture
\nBusiness Administration
\nPublic Administration
\nPublic Health
\nEducation
\nEconomics
\nInformation Technology (IT)
\nClinical Medicine
\nA Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nProvide subject-specific tutoring and mentorship to students.
\nAssist in developing educational content and learning materials.
\nConduct study sessions, tutorials, and group discussions.
\nSupport students in setting and achieving their academic goals.
\nParticipate in departmental activities, training, and administrative tasks as assigned.
\nSkills and Competencies:
\nStrong academic background in your area of specialization.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to engage and motivate learners.
\nGood organizational and time-management abilities.
\nTeam player with a passion for education and student success.<\/p>\n
