Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff.<br \/>\nEvaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.<br \/>\nEstablishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.<br \/>\nDevelop production program and guidelines to support company objectives.<br \/>\nInvestigate production issues and develop resolutions.<br \/>\nRecommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.<br \/>\nMonitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.<br \/>\nEnsure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 School certificate or equivalent with experience in Production management.<br \/>\nA Qualification in Production management will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nPrevious Production management experience will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nStrong leadership and communication skills.<br \/>\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br \/>\nMust be computer literate.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
