Job Title: Graduate Trainee Program
\nAre you a passionate and vibrant recent graduate ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic environment? We are excited to announce our graduate trainee program, designed to provide a strong foundation for graduates to begin and grow their careers within our organization.
\nThe purpose of the graduate program is to attract and develop high-potential recent graduates by providing structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure. We aim to get individuals with creative and innovative ideas that will make a positive impact to the business.
\nThe graduates will undergo an eleven month program that will equip them with practical work experience and soft skills that they can apply within the organization and thereafter.
\nResponsibilities;
\nAssist in day-to-day tasks and projects across different teams.
\nParticipate in training sessions and workshops to develop both technical and soft skills<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiative
\nContribute fresh ideas and perspectives to help improve processes and drive innovation
\nEngage in mentorship programs with experienced professionals
\nWork on real-world projects that directly impact our business
\nActively seek feedback and continuously improve your performance
\nParticipating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business administration, Engineering in Telecom\u2019s, Public Administration, Computer Science or any other related fields
\nMust be a recent graduate
\n0-2 years of experience
\nWillingness to learn and adapt
\nExcellent interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
