This role ensures that all new and existing guards meet the company\u2019s high operational and ethical standards through comprehensive training and strict background verification.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nTraining Responsibilities<br \/>\nDesign, develop, and deliver induction and refresher training programs for new and existing security officers.<br \/>\nConduct on-site drills and simulations covering patrols, access control, incident response, public interaction, and conflict de-escalation.<br \/>\nMonitor and assess officer performance during training and recommend further development where needed.<br \/>\nStay updated on best practices, new threats, and legal requirements in the security industry.<br \/>\nRecruitment Responsibilities<br \/>\nAssist HR in identifying manpower needs and support the full recruitment cycle for security officers.<br \/>\nOrganize and conduct interviews, physical fitness assessments, and onboarding sessions.<br \/>\nMaintain an up-to-date database of shortlisted candidates and recruitment pipelines.<br \/>\nBackground Checks &amp; Vetting<br \/>\nLead all background verification processes including:<br \/>\nContacting references (minimum 2 per candidate)<br \/>\nNRC and address verification<br \/>\nFingerprint clearance in collaboration with national security agencies<br \/>\nCriminal record checks and residential history reviews<br \/>\nEnsure every recruit is thoroughly vetted before deployment.<br \/>\nMaintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of all personal data and documentation.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDiploma or Certificate in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Human Resource Management, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 3 years experience in security operations, recruitment, or training.<br \/>\nPrior experience working in security services, law enforcement, or military is an added advantage.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of Zambian labor and security compliance regulations.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and handle sensitive information discreetly.<br \/>\nKey Skills:<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nStrong leadership and training abilities<br \/>\nDetail-oriented with investigative mindset<br \/>\nPhysically fit with good command presence<br \/>\nProficient in report writing and documentation<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism<br \/>\nRemuneration:<br \/>\nCompetitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
