About One Acre Fund
\nFounded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa\u2019s farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. \nAbout the Role
\nYou will assist the warehouse officer with all daily warehouse operations, especially during peak One Acre Fund delivery times.
\nYou will report to the Warehouse officer
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Responsible for compliance with warehousing and logistics policies, including warehouse excellence standards and reconciliation procedures.
\nManage casual labor, including scheduling their work shifts and sending work info to the support team for payment request
\nEnter all transactions using the WMS in a timely manner
\nMaintain accuracy in all transaction entries and ensure all required documentation is properly attached<\/p>\n

\nQualifications
\nAcross all roles, these are the\u00a0general qualifications we look for.\u00a0For this role specifically, you will have:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or other relevant field
\n1+ years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management.
\nPrevious experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Software.
\nProficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
\nWritten and spoken fluency in English.
\nCan spend extended time standing.<\/p>\n
