\nLe Elementos Boutique Hotel is inviting applications for the position of Accountant. We are seeking a reliable and experienced professional to manage our financial operations and support the hotel\u2019s continued growth in the luxury hospitality space.
\nLocation: Lusaka

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
\nDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
\nProcess payroll and ensure full compliance with statutory obligations (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA)
\nReconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow performance
\nMaintain internal financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards
\nLiaise with external auditors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
\nTrack and report on inventory and fixed assets
\nSupport procurement processes and provide cost control oversight
\nUtilize accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, or Sage) for efficient bookkeeping<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\nMinimum 4 years of proven accounting experience
\nPrevious experience in the hospitality sector is a strong advantage
\nMembership with ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA (or currently pursuing certification)
\nProficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Pastel, or Sage)
\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
\nHigh integrity, professionalism, and accountability
\nStrong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team<\/p>\n
