A company looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Motor Sales Manager to lead its automotive sales division. This is a strategic role for someone who understands the Zambian automotive market, can drive business growth, and lead high-performing sales teams across multiple branches.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive both retail and fleet vehicle sales.
\nSupervise and support the sales team across all branches, setting individual and team sales targets.
\nLead business-to-business (B2B) and institutional fleet sales, including government and corporate clients.
\nManage tender processes, including pricing, documentation, and follow-ups.
\nWork closely with the General Manager on stock planning, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
\nConduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
\nEnsure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
\nTrain, mentor, and evaluate junior sales staff performance.<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Automotive Management, or a related field.
\nAt least minimum 4 years\u2019 experience in automotive sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
\nDemonstrated success in securing large fleet supply contracts and tender deals.
\nExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
\nStrong understanding of the Zambian automotive market, customer preferences, and sales trends.
\nMust be target-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.<\/p>\n
