\nAt Huangshan Construction Company Limited, we are in search of a skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional plumbing solutions for our diverse range of projects. If you possess a talent for problem-solving, flourish in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated to excellence, we would be thrilled for you to become an integral part of our narrative.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
\nTroubleshoot issues with water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related equipment.
\nRead blueprints and follow state and local building regulations
\nMeasure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles using hand and power tools or machines.
\nConduct routine inspections and maintenance services.
\nCollaborate with contractors, construction workers, and electricians to ensure effective workmanship.
\nProvide excellent customer service and uphold the safety codes, policies, and procedures of the company<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a plumber.
\nGrade 12 Certificate
\nMust have a Certificate\/ Diploma \/ degree in plumbing or any related course
\nFamiliarity with plumbing tools, products, installation methods, and regulations.
\nUnderstanding of the current laws related to plumbing and ability to read blueprints and floorplans.
\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\nRelevant certification (e.g. Plumber license).
\nMust be willing to work as a Full-time employee and must be a Lusaka resident<\/p>\n
