To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store\u2019s visual appearance in high standards.<br \/>\nUltimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store\u2019s sales goals.<br \/>\nRoles &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.<br \/>\nAssess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.<br \/>\nWelcome customers to the store\/office and answer their queries.<br \/>\nFollow and achieve the department\u2019s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis &amp;\u201cGo the extra mile\u201d to drive sales.<br \/>\nRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options<br \/>\nProcess POS (point of sale) purchases<br \/>\nCross sell products<br \/>\nTeam up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service<br \/>\nBuild productive trust relationships with customers<br \/>\nComply with inventory control procedures<br \/>\nSuggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store\u2019s design, developing new products)<br \/>\nPast Experiences<br \/>\nProven work experience as a Corporate Sales Associate, Sales Rep. or similar role.<br \/>\nTrack record of over-achieving sales quota<br \/>\nCritical Skills (Must Have)<br \/>\nBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices<br \/>\nProficiency in English<br \/>\nWorking knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements<br \/>\nMust have basic\/vast knowledge of Excel<br \/>\nHands-on experience with POS transactions<br \/>\nFamiliarity with inventory procedures<br \/>\nPreferred Skills (Nice to have)<br \/>\nAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner<br \/>\nSolid communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nMust have a Valid drivers license<br \/>\nAvailability to work long hours<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
