Yalelo\u00a0is seeking 2 highly motivated, energetic, and hard-working individual to work as\u00a0Area Sales Managers\u00a0(one to based in Lusaka and another in Kitwe).
\nAre you an A-player, highly motivated, energetic, and hard-working individual, with a passion for customer service? Then you are what we are looking for to fill this role.
\nTo be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing retail operations in a designated area compromising of several stores and modern\/traditional trade customers with full accountability for reaching targets and optimizing the Yalelo brand. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidate should combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
\nThe\u00a0Right-Fit\u00a0candidate will:<\/p>\n
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
\nSupport Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
\nEvaluate store and individual performances
\nReport on regional sales results
\nForecast quarterly and annual profits
\nIdentify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
\nPrepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
\nAnalyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
\nAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
\nParticipate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
\nSuggest new services\/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
The Essentials:<\/p>\n
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
\nAbility to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
\nFamiliarity with various sales software
\nUnderstanding of store operations
\nAbility to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
\nExcellent communication skills
\nStrong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
\nAvailability to travel as needed and a holder of a valid drivers licence
\nBSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.<\/p>\n
