\nThe Role: Sales and Marketing Associate
\nWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, connecting with potential clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and building our brand presence both online and offline.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Sales Functions<\/p>\n
\u00a0Identify and engage prospective clients through research, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
\nPrepare and present compelling proposals, product demos, and sales pitches
\nAssist in setting, tracking, and achieving sales targets
\nManage follow-ups, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer support
\nMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports<\/p>\n
2. Marketing Functions<\/p>\n
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
\nCreate and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional platforms
\nSupport website optimization and SEO efforts
\nConduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy
\nContribute to the development of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
\nHelp coordinate events, workshops, exhibitions, and trade shows
\nMonitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
\n1\u20133 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (professional services industry is a plus)
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
\nCreativity, initiative, and a passion for connecting with people
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
\nFamiliarity with email marketing platforms, SEO tools, or CRM software is an advantage<\/p>\n
