We are now shifting to a scheduled, time-based bus model and are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead this transformation.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nLead the rollout of a time-based bus operation model across selected routes.<br \/>\nRecruit, train, and manage staff including drivers, conductors, ticket agents, and supervisors.<br \/>\nDevelop and oversee daily operations, schedules, and route management.<br \/>\nSet up and monitor ticketing, cash handling, and revenue reporting systems.<br \/>\nTrack fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and fuel efficiency.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer service standards.<br \/>\nReport on key performance indicators and contribute to growth strategy.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years of experience in transport, logistics, operations, or a similar field.<br \/>\nExperience managing teams and coordinating field staff.<br \/>\nStrong organisational and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with fleet management, scheduling, and revenue tracking.<br \/>\nAbility to lead change and implement systems from the ground up.<br \/>\nDiploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field is an advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
