\nPROJECT SUMMARY
\nThis program selects talented Youth Leader Fellows (aged 21\u201330) in paid internship. Fellows will receive hands-on mentorship, practical exposure, and capacity-building support to become Zambia\u2019s next generation leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
\nEach fellow will work across multiple tracks:<\/p>\n
Partnerships & Storytelling \u2013 Mobilize support through narratives
\nImpact Intelligence \u2013 Translate data into actionable insights
\nDigital Transformation \u2013 Drive innovation in service delivery
\nAdvisory in Motion \u2013 Apply strategy where implementation happens<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Degree or Diploma in communication, public health, development, statistics, business, or related fields
\nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
\nStrong writing and communication skills<\/p>\n
