\nWe are seeking to employ Administrative Assistant
\nPrimary Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
Assist HR Manager with All admin requirements.
\nAssistance with managing, maintenance and updating of all personnel files.
\nAssistance with reviewing and updating of all HR documentation for example, engagement pack and contracts of employment.
\nReporting to Human Resource manager, be able to manage staff induction and probation periods of the staffs.
\nEstablish personnel files ensuring that necessary information is available and are appropriately filed.
\nPrepare database for employees
\nManage PPE
\nHelp in tracking contracts
\nHelp with security guard supervision
\nRespond to human resources-related staff queries and concerns
\nImplement the organization\u2019s human resources policies and ensure compliance by all staff at the company.
\nFacilitate the creation of the conducive work environment by overseeing the health and safety of all staff.
\nMonitoring general staff performance and attendance.
\nPerform any other duties assigned<\/p>\n
Minimum Education and Experience Competency<\/p>\n
Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Social Science or related field.
\nGood computer skills including a solid command of MS office including Word and Excel.
\nAbility to advise, support and where necessary counsel staff on HR-related issues.
\nStrong in developing human and administrative systems.
\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.
\nMinimum of one year of relevant experience<\/p>\n
