{"id":4493,"date":"2025-07-24T08:02:13","date_gmt":"2025-07-24T08:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/projects-officer-at-prime-location-properties-ltd\/"},"modified":"2025-10-17T00:14:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T00:14:07","slug":"projects-officer-at-prime-location-properties-ltd","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4493","title":{"rendered":"Projects Officer at Prime Location Properties Ltd."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities<br \/>\nDuties to be performed are described as follows;<\/p>\n<p>Creating site\/building designs and highly detailed drawings using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications<br \/>\nTravelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings<br \/>\nSupervise survey works<br \/>\nOrganize and supervise the placement of beacons<br \/>\nEnsure roads are graded on site<br \/>\nEnsure that other services that were planned on each site are implemented (Water, sewer, electricity etc.)<br \/>\nPlan, schedule and spearhead project works on each site.<br \/>\nCreate budgets of all the works to be done on all the sites<br \/>\nUndertakes timely liaison \/retrieval of\u00a0 records, Land Searches, Local Authority\u00a0 minutes\/approvals, etc in order to facilitate decision making<br \/>\nPerform any other projects related duties as reasonably instructed by management<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Architecture\/ Civil Engineering\/Similar<br \/>\nAt least 3 years work experience<br \/>\nFamiliar with computer-aided design applications<br \/>\nGood communication skills<br \/>\nProven track record<br \/>\nHighly self-motivated<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Office packages<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
