UNO Energies Zambia is a registered OMC and in the process of opening Fuel Stations across the Country. The company seeks to recruit qualified persons for the role of Service Station Managers. The vacancies are open for various locations within the country.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage and supervise all aspects of service station operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
\n\u00a0Ensure compliance with all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
\n\u00a0Oversee cash management and sales reporting.
\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
\n\u00a0Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner.
\n\u00a0Maintain and enhance station appearance and cleanliness.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u00a0At least\u00a02 years proven experience in a management\/supervisory role\u00a0within the OMC (Oil Marketing Company) or a reputable retail company.
\nStrong leadership and team management skills.
\nExcellent customer service and communication abilities.
\nExperience with cash management
\nProven Excel knowledge
\nAbility to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
\nFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
\nRelevant certifications or training in retail or service station management is a plus.<\/p>\n
