Job Purpose:
\nThe Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and support overall business growth. This role covers both digital and traditional marketing, including content creation, campaign execution, social media management, branding, market research and customer
\nengagement.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n1. Marketing Strategy & Planning<\/p>\n
Assist in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy.
\nSupport marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online and offline).
\nMonitor and report on marketing performance metrics.<\/p>\n
2. Digital Marketing<\/p>\n
Manage company website content and updates.
\nOversee SEO (Search Engine Optimization) \/SEM (Search Engine Marketing) efforts to increase online visibility.
\nRun social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with regular posts and audience engagement.
\nCreate and manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, product announcements).<\/p>\n
3. Content Creation & Design<\/p>\n
Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, product packaging and presentations.
\nWrite compelling copy for social media, blogs, and other content platforms.
\nProduce branded visual content.<\/p>\n
4. Branding & Corporate Image<\/p>\n
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
\nMaintain and improve brand identity and presence in the market.<\/p>\n
5. Events & Promotions<\/p>\n
Plan and coordinate shows, product launches, exhibitions and corporate events.
\nOrganize promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and engagement.<\/p>\n
6. Market Research<\/p>\n
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
\nCollect feedback from customers and use insights to improve marketing efforts.<\/p>\n
7. Customer Relationship & Support<\/p>\n
Support customer service and community management efforts where needed.
\nRespond to queries and comments on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
\n2+ years\u2019 experience in a generalist marketing role.
\nExperience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp).
\nProficiency in content creation and social media management.<\/p>\n
