Senior Lecturer \u2013 Nursing<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nDeliver advanced-level lectures in nursing and health sciences.<br \/>\nLead curriculum development and academic program reviews.<br \/>\nSupervise postgraduate research and mentor junior academic staff.<br \/>\nConduct research and publish in reputable journals.<br \/>\nContribute to faculty leadership and strategic planning.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) with a minimum of two years\u2019 experience in nursing administration.<br \/>\nFully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) and in possession of a valid 2025 practicing license.<br \/>\n2. Lecturer \u2013 Nursing<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nTeach undergraduate nursing courses and skills-based modules.<br \/>\nParticipate in curriculum development and assessment.<br \/>\nSupervise student research and clinical placements.<br \/>\nEngage in academic advising and mentorship.<br \/>\nParticipate in departmental meetings and university events.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)<br \/>\nFully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) and in possession of a valid 2025 practicing license.<br \/>\nExperience in teaching is an added advantage.<br \/>\n3. Clinical Instructor (2 Positions)<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nSupervise and assess students during clinical placements.<br \/>\nFacilitate clinical demonstrations and practical sessions.<br \/>\nLiaise with health facilities to coordinate student training.<br \/>\nSupport students in developing professional competencies.<br \/>\nParticipate in academic planning and quality assurance.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nDiploma in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.<br \/>\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) is an added advantage.<br \/>\nFully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) and in possession of a valid 2025 practicing license.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
