{"id":4547,"date":"2025-07-28T20:02:28","date_gmt":"2025-07-28T20:02:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/call-centre-supervisor-at-unicaf-university\/"},"modified":"2025-10-06T00:13:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T00:13:50","slug":"call-centre-supervisor-at-unicaf-university","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4547","title":{"rendered":"Call Centre Supervisor at Unicaf University"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job description:<\/p>\n<p>Manage and assist your team of advisors in all their issues<br \/>\nSupervise the daily work of advisors assigned to your team<br \/>\nAssessing the advisors work and give them feedback to maximize their performance<br \/>\nTake calls that your advisors can\u2019t handle and be available when an advisor appears to need assistance<br \/>\nMotivate and encourage advisors through positive communication and feedback<br \/>\nEvaluates the advisers of your assigned team based on evaluation parameters and reports<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to:<\/p>\n<p>Director of Operations<br \/>\nCall Centre Operations Manager<br \/>\nCall Centre Performance Officer<br \/>\nCall Centre Performance Manager<\/p>\n<p>Evaluated by:<\/p>\n<p>The management team<br \/>\nAnonymous evaluation by team members<\/p>\n<p>Payment scheme:<\/p>\n<p>Basic Salary<br \/>\nCommission<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Manage and assist your advisers in all their issues<br \/>\nKeep the management informed on issues and problems<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures<br \/>\nInform your advisors for any new information provided by the management<br \/>\nEnsure that your advisors use the systems properly<br \/>\nPrepare weekly\/monthly results and performance reports<br \/>\nProvide feedback and information for tasks which management will assign you to investigate<br \/>\nProvide suggestions for actions which should be taken for your advisors<br \/>\nManage by walking around. Be visible to answer questions.<br \/>\nSpend the majority of your time to be on top of them to hear and check how they perform with the applicants (on calls and emails).<br \/>\nSupervise the daily work of advisers assigned to your team<br \/>\nAssessing the advisors work and give them feedback to maximize their performance<br \/>\nTake calls that your advisors can\u2019t handle and be available when an advisor appears to need assistance.<br \/>\nMotivate and encourage advisors through positive communication and feedback<br \/>\nEvaluate your advisers based on evaluation parameters and reports<br \/>\nEnsure that your advisors follow their timetable and inform the necessary people for any changes<br \/>\nEnsure that your advisors apply their leave request if and only if they receive a written approval from the management. For every request, you should provide to the management your suggestion<br \/>\nOpen\/Close the Call Centre when needed depending on the time schedule<br \/>\nResponsible for evaluating the performance of the advisors based on the number of calls, offer letters\/application fees\/deposits received for each advisor<br \/>\nResponsible of keeping and maintaining the agreed KPI\u2019s for each adviser assigned in your team<br \/>\nResponsible for evaluating the monthly and quarterly KPI\u2019s for each adviser assigned in your team<br \/>\nResponsible for setting up synergy between the student advisers concerning the offer letters and provide any information needed in liaison with the Performance<br \/>\nManager and Performance Officer<br \/>\nAny other tasks as assigned by the Management<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree<br \/>\nLeadership\/Supervisory skills<br \/>\nOrganizational skills<br \/>\nResults\/Data oriented skills<br \/>\nComputer skills<br \/>\nVerbal and written communication skills<br \/>\nMotivation skills<br \/>\nAttention to detail<br \/>\nJudgement<br \/>\nMulti-tasking skills<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
