PRIMARY SCHOOL \u00a0TEACHER<br \/>\nPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ( MAIN DUTIES)<br \/>\nDevelop and implement engaging lesson plans following the Zambian Primary Curriculum.<br \/>\nPrepare Schemes of work and weekly forecasts following the Zambian Primary curriculum<br \/>\nUtilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learner understanding and participation.<br \/>\nConduct assessments, give constructive feedback, and support learners\u2019 academic progress.<br \/>\nCater to diverse learning needs, including special education learners.<br \/>\nPrepare charts and other teaching and learning materials<br \/>\nPrepare individual work plan<br \/>\nPrepare home works, assessments and end of \u00a0term tests<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\nGrade 12 certificate, minimum of 5 credits \u00a0subjects including English and \u00a0Mathematics and any Science subject.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Primary Education and Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.<br \/>\nRegistered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and holder of a Valid Practicing Licence.<br \/>\nAt least 1\u20132 years of teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply).<br \/>\nShould be able to teach Cinyanja.<br \/>\nMust be computer literate- word, excel and power point proficient.<br \/>\nDesire to continue to grow and develop professionally<br \/>\nGreat communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nGood organization and time management skills.<br \/>\nEnthusiasm and flexibility.<br \/>\nShould have a Christian background.<br \/>\nWe offer:<br \/>\nCompetitive salary<br \/>\nWork in a great team<br \/>\nInteresting and challenging work<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
