Role Overview:
\nPerform routine maintenance, repairs, installation, calibration, adjustment and integration of various types of plant instrumentation equipment.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conduct tasks related with maintenance; Preventive Maintenance on instruments and Maintenance of Rectifiers
\nDevelop and execute preventative maintenance programs.
\nConduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control
\nConduct test related to functional performance on instrumentation as required by facility changes
\nInvolvement evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement.
\nEnsure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required instrument maintenance.
\nMaintain and update awareness of modifications to regulatory needs related to conduct of maintenance and construction of instrument.
\nComply with classification and prioritization system for completion of work order.
\nComply with every approved operation and maintenance procedure
\nPerform with maintenance planners to schedule work load
\nComply with all instructions for job tasks completion
\nMaintain and service Air compressor<\/p>\n

Preferred candidate qualifications & experience<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate
\nMinimum Craft Diploma in Electrical Instrumentations or higher
\nMember of EIZ
\nMust possess Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience of which 3 years should be in the Mining environment
\nExperience working in an automated Plant
\nPrevious experience with Rectifiers will be an added advantage
\nExperience in the operation and maintenance of PLCs, SCADA, field Instruments & Rectifiers
\nValid Silicosis Certificate<\/p>\n
