\n1.\u00a0POSITION:\u00a0ACCOUNTANT\u00a0(01)
\nJob Purpose:\u00a0The job holder will be responsible for preparing monthly account reconciliations maintenance, analyse financial information and summarize financial status, handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, reconcile accounts payable and receivable, compute taxes and prepare tax returns and assist in handling tax refunds, manage balance sheets and profit\/loss statements,\u00a0prepare audit financial transactions and reports, reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary, facilitate compliance with Zambian financial policies and regulations.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nAbility to timely prepare Cashbooks and complete Bank reconciliation statements, ensure that Standard Accounting practices are followed when completing the said items.
\nAbility to accurately prepare and register new employees in readiness for inclusion under the NAPSA, NHIMA & PAYE registers for the Company.
\nEnsure that all statutory accounts are up to date. Respond to any queries that may arise from statutory organizations such as ZRA, NAPSA, Workers\u2019 Compensation , NHIMA timely for designated companies.
\nEnsure that support is given to all cashiers in the branches as with regards to petty cash issues and other relevant support as may be needed
\nAbility to train new employees in both Accounting and Finance according to Company guidelines and standard training manuals.
\nAbility to timely and accurately file all returns and return all data both electronic and hard copy data.
\nAbility to fully understand Company SOPs, able to follow company\u2019s rules with self-discipline, and give feedback on the implementation of the regulations timely, and put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.
\nQualifications & Requirements:
\nMinimum diploma in Accounting, ZiCA Licentiate.
\n5 years relevant experience in similar role.
\nMust be a registered member of ZiCA.
\nConversant with Pastel, Quick books.
\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
\nDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on various metal components, structures, and equipment. \n2. Welder positions (02)
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nOperate welding and cutting tools, grinders, and other power tools safely
\nFollow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
\nCollaborate with other team members to complete projects on time. Inspect and test welds for accuracy and quality
\nRequirements:
\nExperience as a welder (2+ years preferred)
\nCertification in welding (required)
\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
\nSkilled in using welding equipment and tools
\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety
\nPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
\n3. JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing and Communication Specialist and sales officers (02)
\nResponsibilities
\nPlan and execute all digital marketing, database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
\nDesign, build and run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
\nMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
\nIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
\nBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies
\nCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
\nUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
\nCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
\nEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
\nDevelop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
\nWriting, reviewing and revising product requirements and specifications
\nEnsure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines

\nMinimum Education and Experience
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
\n2+ years\u2019 experience in a marketing role and a reference of observable digital and marketing collateral where work was done by the candidate.

\nProficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
\nExcellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
\nMust be conversant with Graphic Designing and IT;
\nMust have above standard writing and communication skills;
\nHas project management skills and can manage a diverse portfolio of clients;
\nMust be an appropriate person to lead a team as a brand ambassador;
\nShould be confident in working with IMDD files;
\nExtensive experience in Software Development.
\nShould have at least managed one successful corporate project.
\nPresentation skills (Great oral presentation and communication skills are a must)
\n4. Quantity Surveyor (01)
\nWe are looking for individuals to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nAssist in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
\nSupport in the preparation of tenders and bid documents
\nAssist with procurement documentation and contractor evaluations
\nConduct basic site measurements and support progress tracking
\nHelp evaluate claims and prepare interim payment certificates
\nAttend site meetings and draft reports
\nProvide technical and administrative support to the Engineering Department
\nMinimum Requirements
\nDiploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (completed or in progress)
\nCompletion of at least one industrial attachment or internship during studies
\nBasic understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JBC Zambia)
\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel\/Project and quantity surveying software is an advantage
\nStrong analytical and communication skills
\nClass B Driving license will be an added advantage
