\nJob Title: Branch Manager
\nReporting To: Head of Operations
\nThe Branch manager should possess excellent multitasking and organization skills necessary to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, not only for the branch manager but also for the people they manage. The branch manager oversees the process Subdivision approvals, manages the performance of other employees within the Branch and ensures sales targets are met.
\nJob Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Ensure client and vendor files are updated at all times
\nProvide KPIs for the people at the branch
\nMake sure inventory is always at optimal level
\nEnsure on time payments to vendors and suppliers
\nEnsure adherence to company policy and procedures by all employees
\nOversee and manage all aspects of the business such as Accounting, HR, Sales and Operations.
\nEnsure that projects are complaint with local council statutory requirements.
\nReview trade area and identify new market opportunities
\nMeet sales targets.
\nKeep in line with company growth strategy and meet or exceed company profit goals
\nManage accounting and budget information by providing reports and conducting budget analysis
\nMaintain and manage a client database.
\nParticipate in district training calls with other branches
\nAddress customer issues and concerns promptly to achieve customer service satisfaction
\nManages and supervises department employees, responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
\nMarketing branch within the community to attract business.
\nDocuments and interprets complicated legal information for clients.
\nForecasts and plans according to branch needs.
\nSafeguard all company assets in the branch
\nProvide all the necessary modalities needed for employees to perform at optimal level<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in real estate, Business and Administration, Sales and
\nMarketing, or similar (preferred)
\nExperience with working for an insurance company will be an added advantage
\nExcellent organizational and leadership skills
\nA Valid Driver\u2019s License
\nPreferably someone less than 35years old.<\/p>\n
