We are growing rapidly and seeking a Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager to help us maintain strong relationships and grow our customer base in Kitwe and surrounding areas.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in Kitwe.<br \/>\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat sales.<br \/>\nNegotiate and close HVAC contracts in collaboration with the Sales Manager.<br \/>\nPrepare, update, and submit accurate sales reports.<br \/>\nConsistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years of proven sales experience.<br \/>\nDemonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas.<br \/>\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.<br \/>\nComputer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).<br \/>\nValid driving license is an added advantage.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\nBasic Salary: K3,000 (before commissions)<br \/>\nCommission-Based Incentives: Average monthly commission between K1,500 \u2013 K3,000<br \/>\nOpportunities for career growth within a fast-growing company<br \/>\nOngoing professional training and development<br \/>\nTake-Home Package:<br \/>\nBasic Salary: K3,000<br \/>\nCommission (Average): K1,500 \u2013 K3,000<br \/>\nTotal (Estimated): K4,500 \u2013 K6,000 per month<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
