\nWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across branches through administrative support, logistics coordination, and data management.

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Record, issue, and reconcile tablets and petty cash across branches.
\nManage marketing materials such as stationery, flyers, and branded items.
\nAssist with safeguarding company property and supporting branch operations.
\nCreate staff loans, supervise administrative assistants, and manage office supply purchases.
\nCoordinate company purchases, including marketing materials.
\nPrepare and submit Environmental Monitoring Data.
\nOnboard new sales agents in coordination with HR and IT.
\nProvide transport and sales ID logistics, and manage transportation tracking.
\nSubmit invoices, quotations, and subsidiary reports.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar administrative\/support role.
\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
