We are seeking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals\u00a0based in Lusaka\u00a0for the position of\u00a0Customer Care Executive. This role is vital to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the company\u2019s revenue growth through professional customer engagement, teleselling, cross-selling, and up-selling.
\nPurpose of the Role
\nThe Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting the company\u2019s products and services through various communication channels. The role requires a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong customer relationships.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing
\naccurate and timely responses.
\nPromote products and services to potential and existing customers through teleselling.
\nIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service enhancements.
\nResolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
\nMaintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
\nRecord customer interactions in the CRM system with high accuracy.
\nProvide feedback from customers to help improve service delivery.
\nParticipate in regular training to enhance product and service knowledge.<\/p>\n
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
\nDiploma in Customer Service, Business, or related field.
\nMinimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service role.
\nProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nExcellent teleselling, cross-selling, and up-selling abilities.
\nEmpathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure.
\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to service quality.<\/p>\n
