{"id":4603,"date":"2025-07-31T08:00:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-31T08:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/human-resource-officer-at-juba-transport-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-10-10T00:14:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T00:14:07","slug":"human-resource-officer-at-juba-transport-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4603","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Officer at Juba Transport Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER<br \/>\nJuba Transport Zambia Limited involved in the business of transportation is looking for a qualified and committed individual for appointment as a Human Resource Officer to be based at our Head Office in Lusaka.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Work closely with the Head, Human Resource to ensure the development and implementation of Human Resource procedures and systems.<br \/>\nManage and maintain employee contracts of employment and records.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly payroll input to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.<br \/>\nSupport and coordinate the Training and Development function of the company.<br \/>\nMonitor and review the performance appraisal system, ensuring that appraisals are carried out in a timely manner.<br \/>\nAdvise management on the interpretation and implementation of labor laws.<br \/>\nSupport the pension scheme for the company.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 School Certificate<br \/>\nMinimum of Degree in\u202fHuman Resource Management from a recognized institution of higher learning.<br \/>\n3+ years\u2019 experience in a similar role.<br \/>\nBe able to handle the entire HR management cycle (Employee recruitment to separation)<br \/>\nAbility to work with minimum supervision.<br \/>\nMust be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZHRIM)<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
