This is an excellent opportunity for driven professionals who are passionate about finance, client relationship management, and contributing to sustainable business growth.<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Age between 25 and 35 years<br \/>\nDegree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, or a minimum of Level II ZICA<br \/>\nAt least 2 years\u2019 proven experience in banking or credit operations within a busy and reputable institution<br \/>\nMarketing exposure will be considered an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAssess and evaluate credit applications in line with company policy<br \/>\nMonitor loan performance and ensure compliance with lending procedures<br \/>\nProvide professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships<br \/>\nParticipate in marketing financial products and services to potential clients<br \/>\nPrepare and submit periodic reports on loan portfolio performance<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes:<br \/>\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
