To actualize our mission, we are looking for ambitious and suitably qualified candidates to fill the above positions (CASHIER) that have arisen:
\nJob Overview
\nThe Cashier will be responsible for among other things.<\/p>\n
Do Quick and Accurate posting of Loan Repayments into the Loan Tracking System
\nSubmit Daily Reports to Head Office by 10 hrs of the following day
\nScanning finance \/ loans documents and filing them electronically
\nEnsure that the office\u2019s petty cash is secured, used, and replenished according to Umino\u2019s petty cash management guidelines.
\nEnsure that Fuel is used and replenished according to the Umino guidelines
\nEnsure Proper Care of Company Assets
\nCoordinate Branch Procurements and Inventory Management
\nWeekly Back-ups of Loan and Finance data<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 certificate with at least a credit in English and Mathematics
\nAt least a Certificate in Accounting (ZICA Technician)
\nValid Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants
\nAt least 2 years of experience in the finance department
\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
\nAble to deliver with minimum supervision
\nExcellent communication skills<\/p>\n
