Aseptic Operations\u00a0Supervisor (10 Positions)
\nReporting to: Production Manager
\nJob Overview
\nThe jobholder will provide oversight in terms of supervising Aseptic Operations, responsible for overseeing UHT processing and aseptic filling lines (e.g., Tetra Pak, sachets). The position will ensure continuous production, product quality, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards in a sterile environment.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supervise day-to-day operations of UHT processing and aseptic filling lines;
\nEnsure proper equipment setup, start-up, operation, and shut-down following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
\nMonitor critical control points (CCPs) and process parameters to guarantee food safety and product quality;
\nLead line operators and coordinate maintenance, changeovers, and troubleshooting activities;
\nMaintain hygiene and aseptic practices across filling and packaging zones;
\nEnsure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and FSSC 22000 standards;
\nReport production data, downtime, and quality issues to relevant departments;
\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, staff training, and process optimization.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements \u2013 Qualifications, Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
Diploma or Certificate in Food Processing, Agriculture, Dairy Technology or a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Science, Dairy\/Food Technology, Production Operations\u00a0\u00a0or a related field;
\n2\u20135 years of experience in UHT and aseptic filling operations within the dairy, beverage, or food industries;
\nHands-on experience with aseptic technologies such as Tetra Pak and Elecster;
\nFamiliarity with preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting;
\nStrong knowledge of aseptic processing principles and hygiene standards;
\nEffective leadership and team management abilities;
\nProficient understanding of production documentation and regulatory compliance;
\nAnalytical thinking and quick decision-making skills.<\/p>\n
