Its Head Office is located in Lusaka\u2019s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions:
\n1.\u00a0Cleaners (25 positions)
\nReporting to: Production Supervisor.
\nJob Overview
\nThe position of\u00a0cleaner, will maintain records, handle cleaning materials, chemicals properly, clean the facility every day, and assist with pest control. He\/she will adhere to supervisory instructions to keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized at all times.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
To keep designated areas clean, such as production zones, restrooms, offices, and common areas;
\nMix and use cleaning chemicals safely, observing correct dilution protocols to get the best results;
\nEnsure supply of hygiene materials (soap, towels, toilet paper) and restock as needed to keep the supplies available;
\nMonitor and report maintenance or safety issues (e.g. spills, equipment wear, pest activity) so that the workplace is safe for all staff;
\nAssist in pest control tasks (e.g. laying baits, reporting pest observations) to manage a safe environment.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements \u2013 Qualifications, Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
O Level\/Grade 12 Certificate;
\nAt least 2-4 years of relevant working experience;
\nAbility to deliver work and responsibilities as per supervisor\u2019s instructions;
\nKnowledge of cleaning chemical application, preparation, and dilution;
\nGood communication skills in English;
\nAbility to understand the suitability of cleaning methods for various equipment or areas;
\nPest control knowledge;
\nGood housekeeping knowledge;
\nExperience in cleaning document handling and record maintenance.<\/p>\n
Additional Preferences:<\/p>\n
Experience in cleaning operations or working with cleaning service providers.<\/p>\n
