\nMain Purpose of Job
\nTo enhance client satisfaction and engagement through customer-focused projects, digital marketing campaigns, strategic events, and brand visibility initiatives. The role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication and project management skills.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and execute strategies for sales growth and digital marketing campaigns.
\nAnalyze data to improve ROI and business strategies.
\nPlan and execute events, manage project timelines and budgets.
\nMaintain stakeholder communication for seamless project delivery.
\nBuild media relations, support marketing campaigns, and create content.
\nDrive business growth through partnerships and market research.
\nDevelop brand narratives and align them with customer needs.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Degree in Marketing or related field.
\nMember of Zambia Institute of Marketing.
\nMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience managing business social media accounts.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office.
\nHigh level of professionalism and integrity.
\nMust be based in Lusaka<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
Strong interest in content creation.
\nProficient in social media management and content tools.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nFamiliar with social media analytics tools<\/p>\n
