\nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for a dynamic and well-organised Admin & Social Media Intern to manage our office logistics and digital presence. You will be responsible for handling bookings, coordinating with clients, managing logistics, generating business opportunities for some of our services, and running our social media pages. This includes creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and helping promote our consultancy and other services we offer.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Coordinate and manage bookings for the studio space (events, shoots, podcasts, etc.)
\nEnsure smooth operations including availability, cleanliness, and scheduling
\nActively engage with potential clients, service users and help generate bookings
\nManage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
\nDevelop and post creative and relevant content that aligns with our brand
\nTrack analytics and engagement to improve content performance
\nSupport general administrative tasks as needed<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Previous experience managing a office and studio space or similar environment
\nStrong skills in social media content creation and page management
\nExcellent organizational and communication skills
\nProactive, reliable, and tech-savvy
\nCreative mindset with attention to detail<\/p>\n
