Purpose of the role:
\nTo ensure compliance with OEM standards on all components under repair and to be the approver for all outgoing components by confirming compliance with specifications by conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting\/returning unacceptable materials.
\nReports to:\u00a0Senior Quality Control
\nBranch:\u00a0Lusaka
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nThe Quality Control Administrator will be required to perform the following tasks:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Keep the record of XRD check sheet for Quality compliance.
\nCreate folders for information records of the use of XRD machine.
\nRecord and keep the inspections done by Quality Control Inspectors.
\nDocumenting and maintaining records for the quality control program in accordance with applicable regulations, legal requirements, accrediting agencies and recommendations from equipment manufacturers using an integrated team approach.
\n\u00a0Carry responsibility for calibration of equipment and dosimeters.
\nRecord the failure modes of components from Assessments.
\nCreate the records for ISO 9001:2015 documents.
\nAlways Comply with safety policies and regulations.
\nCorrect PPE worn as per safety policy.
\nPerform additional duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Must have a full Grade 12 certificate.
\nDiploma in Information Technology or better.
\n\u00a0Minimum of 3 years\u2019 progressive experience.
\n\u00a0Membership to Relevant Body<\/p>\n

\nProficient in computer skills (MS Office)
\nSafety and Quality Awareness
\nAdvanced knowledge of Machines & Equipment
