A Zambian national with a clean credit history
\nMinimum 6\u201312 months of experience in a quick-service or full-service restaurant
\nMinimum Grade 12 certificate; a post-secondary hospitality or customer service \/ or retail Management qualification is a plus
\nExcellent communication and people skills
\nTech-savvy with a professional appearance and high energy
\nMust be willing to work shifts<\/p>\n
2. Customer-Facing Team Member
\nAre you an energetic, customer-focused professional ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We\u2019re looking for Customer-Facing Team Members to deliver exceptional Front and Middle of the House service in our dynamic QSRs.
\nYour role will involve greeting customers, taking orders at the counter and kiosks, upselling promotions, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining cleanliness at the front of house.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
A Zambian national with clean credit history
\n6\u201312 months\u2019 experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-food environment
\nMinimum Grade 12 certificate; hospitality or retail qualifications are an advantage
\nFriendly, presentable, and customer-oriented
\nFamiliar with POS\/kiosk systems and good at multitasking
\nRotational shifts, weekends included<\/p>\n
3. Food Service Team Member\u00a0
\nDo you enjoy working behind the scenes to deliver great food? Join our kitchen team as a Food Service Team Member and help prepare meals that keep customers coming back!
\nAs part of the back-of-house crew, you\u2019ll follow strict food safety standards, cook and portion meals to recipe, monitor product freshness, and ensure a clean and organised kitchen.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
At least 6\u201312 months of hands-on experience in food preparation in a restaurant or takeaway kitchen
\nGrade 12 certificate (a post-matric food or hospitality qualification is a bonus)
\nDetail-oriented, disciplined, and a team player
\nWilling to work long shifts, standing in a high-energy kitchen environment<\/p>\n
