\nWe are inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
\nReporting to the Accounting Officer the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:<\/p>\n
Ensuring reconciliation of Driver Salesman \/ Cashier documents.
\nIdentifying overages and under banks between manual and system generated invoices.
\nFollowing up on Salesmen\u2019s shortages and overages.
\nCirculating daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by Management.
\nAccurate and timeous input of data.
\nPrinting accounts statements and issue of receipts to customers.
\nLiaising with Sales and Distribution on non-paying customers.
\nFiling systematically all Accounts Receivables and Proof of deliveries (PODs).
\nAssisting in stock taking.<\/p>\n
This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate
\nA minimum academic qualification of Diploma in Accountancy and studying towards a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
\nComputer literate
\nKnowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
\nAt least 2 years working experience
\nHonest, reliable and self-disciplined
\nAbility to work under pressure
